Erika — Nurse Manager

Erika joined our team bringing a wealth of experience and a heart for patient care. She graduated from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in 2016 and has spent most of her nursing career in perioperative care, working with both pediatric and adult patients. Her calm, organized nature and dedication to her patients made her a natural fit for this specialty.

Erika’s journey into endoscopy began when she stepped in to help with staffing — and it turned out to be a perfect match. She quickly fell in love with the fast-paced, team-oriented environment and the opportunity to make patients feel comfortable and cared for during their procedures. As our Nurse Manager, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and brings her steady leadership, compassion, and humor to the team every day.

Outside of work, Erika’s world revolves around her husband, their energetic twin sons, and their sweet dog, Kali. Life at home is full of laughter, adventure, and just a bit of chaos — but she wouldn’t have it any other way. When she finds a quiet moment, Erika loves getting lost in a good book or catching up on her favorite shows (Netflix marathons are her guilty pleasure!).
